Free tier and Clara+

Clara offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier called Clara+.

The free tier includes shift notes, rota, tasks, care plan and up to 3 team members (1 admin and 2 carers).

Clara+ is available at £4.99 per month and includes additional features as described in the app.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Referral programme

Clara offers a referral programme where paid subscribers can invite other families. When a referred user upgrades to a paid subscription, both parties receive 2 months of Clara+ credit. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to withhold referral rewards if we suspect abuse of the programme.
